To maintain this standard, there is a 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable, reflecting the value of the time set aside for our work.
Private Engagements: All compensation is contributed in full prior to the first session and is non-refundable. This is not a purchase of time, but a sacred and serious investment in your own evolution. Should you choose to discontinue, all remaining funds will be directed in full to a charitable cause designated by Eli Handler.
Deposits: Any deposits made to secure a consultation or slot on the calendar are non-refundable but may be applied to future services at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eli Handler shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.
